Langtang Valley Trek – 11 Days
One of the closest trekking destinations from Kathmandu lies an unparalleled combination of natural beauty and cultural riches of Langtang offers an unfolding life and unique experience. Previously a restricted area near the Tibetan border, now this trek has become third most popular trekking trail in Nepal. The cultural and traditions of these people are similar to the Tibetan across the border. It offers a glance of the typical life style and culture of mountain people called Tamang. Langtang Valley Trekking Commence with an overland journey to Sabru bensi, the main trading post of the area. From here we spend four days hiking up through this beautiful alpine valley to Kyangjin where we rest for a day for some exploration of the high mountains and glacial systems. We track back for three days before taking a different route back to Sabru bensi and onwards to Kathmandu.
In addition to cultural experience, this trekking also offers stunning mountain views of Langtang and wilderness walking experience through beautiful landscapes of alpine terrain and rhododendrons forests.

Day 01: Arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport, transfer to the Hotel
Day 02: Drive to Syabru besi (1470m) 6-7 hour by Jeep/Bus
Day 03: Trek to Lama Hotel (2480m) 5-6 hour
Day 04: Lama hotel to Langtang village (3430m) 5-6 hour
Day 05: Langtang village to Kanjin Gompa (3860m) 3-4 hour
Day 06: Day hike to Kyanjin Ri (4600m) or Tsergo Ri (4985m) 4-7 hour
Day 07: Kanjin Gompa to Lama hotel (2480m) 5-6 hours
Day 08: Lama hotel to Syabru Besi(1470m) 4-5 hour
Day 09: Drive back to Kathmandu (1335m)

Trip Cost Includes
